Exchanges and Returns

Exchange and Return Period:

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted after 30 calendar days from the product delivery date.

Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

Product Delivery:

Products are delivered within 15 calendar days after purchase confirmation.

Procedure for Exchanges and Returns:

To request a return or cancellation within the legal timeframe, the customer must contact us through our customer service channel.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and must include all original accessories and packaging.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed after the returned products are received and inspected.

The amount will be credited using the same payment method used in the original purchase, within up to 30 business days after the return is approved.

General Conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the above conditions.
